Craig Miller      Owner of Technical Diving and Supply

Craig began diving in 1984. Since that time he has made over 3000 open water dives from the Dry Tortugas and Bahamas, to Papua New Guinea. The vast majority of his diving is done in the waters of the Northwest, both Puget Sound, San Juan Islands and Canada. He has advanced through all levels of technical diving. He currently holds certification in OC Advanced Trimix, KISS Classic CCR, Inspiration CCR, Megaladon COPIS CCR, NACD Full Cave and Advanced Mixed Gas Blending. Currently he holds a Divemaster Certification with PADI and is also a TDI Technical Divemaster. He is a certified PSI Cylinder Inspection Technician. Craig has been very active in shooting underwater video for the past 7 years, and has had footage shown on local news broadcasts, Northwest Cable News, and MSNBC. He holds a 50 ton U.S. Coast Guard Masters License #1213121 and works as a relief Captain on the dive charter boats Mark V and Dash for Porthole Dive Charters based in Seattle. He is also a certified Washington State Critical Care Paramedic and active Professional Firefighter of 31 years service with the City of Tacoma Fire Department. Craig lives in Lakewood, Washington about 15 minutes from his fully restored 1988 32' twin Diesel cruiser on Puget Sound. This is my boat.........  "About Time". She's a 1988 3218 Bayliner Motoryacht, fully restored 2004-2007 with Twin Hino 135 HP turbo Diesels.

Her bridge logo is from out of history. It is the Laughing Sawfish. This logo was the official 9th German U-boat Flotilla insignia from WWII under Flotilla Commander H. Lemann Willenbrock former CO of U-96. He survived the war. He was the technical advisor on the motion picture "Das Boot"

In this rare photo German U-Boat U96 is returning from a war patrol in 1942, La Rochelle France. She is flying the Laughing Sawfish Emblem on her Conning Tower. Commander Willenbrock is in the white hat on the far right side of the bridge. Craig's passion after diving and boating is WWII History.
